1. Information We Collect
- Account Details: When you register, we collect your email address, display name, avatar, and other optional profile credentials.
- Design Canvas Data: We save the layers, vectors, coordinates, shapes, colors, and prompt specifications of all flags you design within the Fabric.js workspace.
- AI Prompts: We retain prompt strings used with our Gemini AI generators to iterate and refine generative layouts.
- Transactional Metadata: We securely process subscription purchases and physical flag prints. Credit card details are fully stored and handled by Stripe; we only retain payment IDs, statuses, and delivery/shipping addresses.
2. How We Secure & Use Data
- Service Provisioning: To store and display your flags in your private dashboard, export PNG/SVG files, and generate vector charges.
- Secure Storage: All relational information and design canvases are stored using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) on Supabase, preventing unauthorized query cross-contamination.
- Order Fulfillment: We transmit shipping and canvas specs to Printful APIs to manufacture and deliver physical orders to your location.
3. Third-Party Integrations
- Google Gemini API: Prompts are forwarded securely to generate JSON schemas. Prompts are governed under corporate safety filters.
- Stripe: Payment card entries are processed through Stripe Checkout sessions and Customer Portals under strict PCI-DSS standards.
- Printful: Order addresses and raw vector previews are compiled and sent to Printful webhook environments solely for printing and tracking purposes.
